Our Qualifications

Our company achieved the quality certification ISO 9001 in March 2000 with the certification agency CSQ.
Since then, the norm ISO 9001 taught us an organisation model that we absorbed by learning the real meaning of the activity planning, the processing control and even the importance of spreading to the whole company staff the culture of the customer’s satisfaction.

The environment culture always belongs to Faccioli family, owner of the company. In fact our head office is surrounded by the green of agricultural fields that characterize the municipality of Roncoferraro. For these reasons the company wanted to give a strong message to its personnel, customers, suppliers and social context in which the company works, promoting to the outside our environmental policy and all everyday actions to control the environmental impact of the company’s activity by means of the official nature of the certification ISO 14001, achieved in 2006 with the certification agency of the Italian Register of Shipping.
