Skilled in the realization of sanitary structures, we’re able to accomplish installations of plants for the transport of technical and medical gas made in conformity with the PED instructions.
All installation activities can be supported by building works executed by internal personnel belonging to the building branch of the company.
Furthermore, we offer maintenance and technical assistance services in flying squad of technological plants, realised by burner servicemen and refrigerator technicians qualified by the head offices of the installed systems.
For big structures, our company operates since years with contracts of Global Service and Facility Management, that consist in the achievement and the assignment of “keys in hand” services of planned maintenance management and the one of additional necessary services to keep the efficiency of the building.
For these interventions Faccioli Impianti can supply not only operating activity, but also an organization model for the building management, that can spread from the maintenance activity planning, the estate census, the relative value of the efficiency status till the energy consumption optimization, the spare parts supply and the supply of necessary maintenance and assistance services.
Construction, maintenance and assistance services in flying squad on buried methane and gas pipelines and water transport, principally executed for municipalized companies. For these kind of interventions there are available technicians with specific qualifications in the welding and in the use of instruments for the test and highly technological control.
The company has technical-qualitative requirements provided for in law, for the maintenance of the plants and the relating duties deriving from the role of “Third Responsible”, being legally responsible for the concern and the maintenance of them.
Every day Faccioli Impianti S.r.l. puts forward a staff of more than 100 men whose activity is organised and planned by a technical office composed of 20 technicians divided according to their specializations into 4 main intervention areas:

●Construction of buried water networks and gas pipelines methane pipelines;
●Building works.

For these reasons, our company is equipped with the most innovative checking instruments and is constantly able to inform the customer about the results of the executed tests.
Another strength point of our personnel are the skilled workmen, even for the presence of a high number of welders licensed at the Italian Institute of Welding for the main typologies and the most widespread welding materials.
The company is located in Roncoferraro (MN), in Barbassolo locality, 27, G. Verdi Street. It covers an area of 6.500 mq. Of this area 3.700 mq are roofed-over and used for the warehouse and the vehicles storehouse, and about 450 mq are reserved for the offices.
